Privacy Policy

2. What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address for authentication purposes. No other personal data is collected. Your models and generated code are processed entirely in your browser and never leave your device.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given at sign-up and on our legitimate interest in operating the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Third-party processors

Authentication is handled by Supabase Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Your email is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase acts as a data processor under a standard Data Processing Agreement. Data transfer to the US is covered by Supabase's EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use a session token in local storage for authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising scripts.

6. Data retention

Your email is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time by contacting info@pathsim.org.

7. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–21)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. To exercise any right, email info@pathsim.org. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
